1st Day of School

It was the 1st day of school today for Faith and Mallory. Believe it or not, Faith is in the 4th grade this year and Mallory is now a 1st grader. They both go to West End Elementary school so that helps with the running around.

You can't go to school on the first day without being properly "dolled-up". Nonnie was there to help out with this years preperation.

After a small case of the jitters, Mallory was ready to tackle her 1st day of school also. She has a lot of friends in her class this year so that will help this little social butterfly like school just that much more. You can tell that she's excited to be going to school all day like the BIG kids.

Faith is getting so BIG. Today was one of those days where you just sit back and wonder, "What happened to my little baby? And, where did the time go?"

She sure is turning into a beautiful little girl with a heart of gold and a great head on her shoulders. She makes me so proud.

Wet 'n Wild

The hospital sponsored a day at the water park in Reno. I was able to take the girls and our friend Maysie. The 2 oldest girls took off and went down every ride that their height would allow.

The little 2 spent the day in the kiddie pool which was fine by me.

Kade's Birthday

Kade LeProvost turned 5 a couple of weeks ago and had his birthday party at the Fernley Family Fun Center. It was a great party and all of the cousins had a blast playing together.

After the party the girls wanted to try a game of bowling. All I can say is, Thank goodness for bumpers!

Rub-a-dub-Dub

Mallory and Olivia were in the bathtub the other night havin fun makin a mess as usual, when I decided to grab my camera and play around with the black and white/sepia settings. Here are a few of the pictures that we took.

Slacker

Just wanted to let everyone know that I plan on doing several posts as soon as I find the time to sit down at my computer at home. We have been pretty busy lately and I will catch up when I can find the time. I've enjoyed keeping up on everyone elses page in the mean time.
A quick note though... You might have noticed the ticker in the right-hand corner for Burning Man. Taylor and I will be spending 5 days out in the Black Rock desert for the event. I've never been but have always wanted to go and he's been going for quite a few years now, so he's gonna show me the ropes. I'm SOOO excited. I'm having a blast coming up with different costumes and outfits. I will definitely post some pics!
